IMAGE INFORMATION (PHOTOS AND IMAGES) :
  1. Data Collected: The message states that the website and application collect two types of user-generated content: photos and images. These media files are collected as part of the app's functionality.
  2. Purpose of Data Collection: The primary purpose for collecting these images and photos is for the app's functionality. In other words, they are collected to serve a specific purpose within the application, which could include features like uploading a profile picture or submitting content.
  3. Storage on Servers: The message mentions that when users submit images or photos to the platform, these files are stored on the company's servers. The storage of these files implies that the platform retains a copy of the user-submitted media for some period.
  4. Non-Sharing with Third Parties: A crucial point in the message is that the platform does not share these collected images with third parties. This means that the media files are not sold or shared with advertisers or other organizations outside of the platform's control.
  5. Internal Use: The collected images are explicitly stated to be used solely for internal purposes. These internal purposes can include: Improving the services provided by the app, such as enhancing features related to photos and images. Enhancing the overall user experience, possibly by analysing how users interact with images and photos within the app. Troubleshooting technical issues that may arise with the use of media content. Ensuring the platform's compliance with its terms of service and policies.
  6. User Acknowledgment and Consent: Users are informed that by submitting an image to the platform, they are acknowledging and consenting to the collection and storage of their media. This acknowledgment and consent are likely included to ensure that users are aware of how their data will be used and that they are agreeable to these terms.
